Carol is a storehouse of construction knowledge, having started in the industry in 1994 and stayed ever since. She loves construction, and the chance to see things transform from nothing into something.
Her experience in construction administration and operations support are a big blessing to the team where she works at RAWSO, not to mention her friendly and kind nature. She goes out of her way to welcome the new people that come on board, and is a part of what is helping RAWSO to build a great culture.
Carol’s favorite part of her current job is more poignant, considering she has been in construction from back in the day when people were often seen as expendable. Now, she loves the fact that “We’re allowed to talk about everything openly here. Everybody listens to suggestions. We try to live by our values here. This is where I want to retire.”
