UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Benchmark Site Development, LLC is a family-owned, sitework development contractor located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. With over 100 years of combined sitework experience, Benchmark Site was founded in 2013, and has been offering a range of services throughout the Delaware Valley Region ever since. We are currently seeking Underground Utility Construction Laborers as well as General Laborers to join our expanding team of employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
Installation of stormwater management systems, concrete structures, underground piping, sanitary, water and dry utilities
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project
Clearing and preparing construction sites
Loading/unloading materials and equipment
Excavating, grading, pipe work, paving, concrete
· Ability to operate Jack Hammers, Chop Saws, Tampers, Rollers, Vibratory Plates, hand-held and power tools
· Follow direction from Supervisor
· Adheres to OSHA policies and Safety procedures
· Performs all work in a safe manner
Qualifications/Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years construction experience preferred by not necessary
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to meet physical requirements (heavy lifting)
· Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
· Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Work Locations/Hours
· Delaware Valley Area (PA, NJ, DE)
· Work locations vary based on job sites
· Full-time
· Year-round work as weather permits – Commercial snow removal in the winter
