The position is for a Superintendent for a civil construction company located in North Forsyth County, Georgia.

General Job Description:
Directly supervise multiple foremen and crews
Schedule and supervise subcontractors and vendors
Interface with field inspectors and owner’s representatives
Create and maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and positive attitudes
Plan and implement all field construction work on numerous projects
Balance workload to maintain consistent, adequate workforce levels
Communicate and schedule with other superintendents and project managers
Coordinate quarries, plants, dump-sites, owner-operators, truckers
Work with project managers to plan and implement the work and control costs
