Providing leadership and communication to the Road Machinery LLC Management Team, working closely with our Komatsu Mining Representatives to providing strong communications in all directions with high levels of customer satisfaction from our personnel, equipment fleet and processes that provide success to the total operations. You will be the focal point of contact for the mine on whole goods sales, rentals, parts, service, and A/R to resolve issues and be the communication line between the customer and these areas. Contact mine purchasing agents, field & shop maintenance personnel. Resolve parts and service issues. Convey issues to appropriate personnel and follow up to ensure satisfaction.


  • Travel to multiple mining sites in Arizona
  • Provide Overall Leadership Oversight.
  • Manage business requirements of service department.
  • Control expenses and enhance income.
  • Develop systematic relations¬† between customer base and overall department.
  • Responsible for acquiring P.O.s Purchase Orders prior to performing revenue work.
  • Work with our TCs and assist with Troubleshooting, diagnose and the repair of all mining equipment at the site.
  • Provides reports, research, and documentation to management.
  • Maintain work orders to keep WIP on target. Last day of labor, manage warranty claims.
  • Possesses organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people and the ability to multitask to handle service coordinating appropriately.
  • Ensure high utilization of all Komatsu equipment is maintained
  • Ensure the mine is maintaining the equipment per Komatsu Intervals
  • Solving billing issues.
  • Making sure the mechanics are utilized and staying on task and on budget
  • Identify market opportunities and implement plans to capture market share and dollar volume.
  • Develops programs using sales technology to evaluate territory and track equipment activity
  • Develops program to counter competitive actions. Design and implements plan to keep ahead to competitors.
  • Responsible for follow-up of all customer account issues including accounts receivable, product support, rental and sales.
