Inside Sale Representative

Description

Qualifies leads and generates quotations based on customer inquiries or at the direction of Account Managers or other internal customers. Solicits orders for products or services over the telephone by performing the following duties.

Responsibilties

• Calls prospective customers in to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
• Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
• Generates Sales quotations for Phoenix Reman and Tucson Reman facilities and follows up with customers.
• Secures and places orders with others for filling and arranges delivery date.
• Enters names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects solicited into CRM system.
• Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Qualifies prospects from unsolicited inquiries from third party brokers.
• Prepares report on sales activities.
