HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Benchmark Site Development, LLC is a family-owned, sitework development contractor located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. With over 100 years of combined sitework experience, Benchmark Site was founded in 2013, and has been offering a range of services throughout the Delaware Valley Region ever since. We are currently seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join our expanding team of employees.

Roles and Responsibilities

·         Operates one or more types of heavy construction equipment – excavators, backhoe, dozer, etc…

·         Performs daily equipment maintenance – cleaning, greasing, checking fluids

·         Adheres to OSHA policies and Safety procedures

·         Performs all work in a safe manner

·         Ensures equipment is safely and securely parked nightly

Qualifications/Requirements

·         Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not necessary

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Locations/Hours

·         Delaware Valley Area (PA, NJ, DE)

·         Work locations vary based on job sites

·         Full-time

·         Year-round work as weather permits – Commercial snow removal in the winter
