Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Creating and managing relationships that produce business opportunities for the Field Service Division
  • Identifying, documenting, and working leads accordingly
  • Engaging actively with Bulk marketing efforts, including providing feedback on market trends and industry conditions
  • Generating and maintaining a list of prospective customers
  • Advocating for the customer while balancing the needs of the company
  • Providing solutions to customers and prospects
  • Performing necessary administrative work, including documentation of critical customer information in the CRM system
  • Managing budget and expense accounts
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline withing the CRM and executing credit applications, account setups, proposals/estimates, and the storage of pertinent customer files
  • Working with the Field Service Division Manager to generate estimates
  • Participating in weekly calls to review pipeline opportunities
  • Filling in for other Account Managers when needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
  • Heavy-equipment industry experience isn’t required, but will put you at the top of the list
