Heavy Equipment – Dozer Operator

Who Are We?

Since 1996 Rummel Construction has been building the Southwest US as one of the premier Heavy Civil General Contractors in Arizona. People know us for our mass-excavation work, but we do it all. We build award-winning golf courses; move millions of cubic yards in residential developments; build innovative road protection structures; create flood control structures and build the foundation of clean energy through our work on wind and solar sites. We’ve own and operate one of the largest fleets of heavy equipment and we’ve got the work to support it. Join us today!

Who Are You?

You’re an experienced (3+ years) dozer hand. We run everything from CAT D6’s to D10’s and you should be experienced enough to safely and efficiently operate all sizes of bulldozer. Our projects take us all over the Southwest US, so you’ll need to be willing to travel as well. You will need to have experience in cut/fill operations, be able to conduct daily pre and post trip inspections, communicate clearly and effectively with supervision and co-workers and be experienced in earthmoving work.

Min Qualifications: 3 years’ experience in the construction industry operating heavy equipment. Must have experience in earthmoving and heavy construction with knowledge of cut/fill operations from a variety of projects.

We offer an excellent work environment including competitive pay, PTO, subsidized health insurance, 401k plan, and voluntary dental and supplemental benefits.
