Local grading company is currently hiring general construction laborers. Our company does all kinds of finish work, and these positions will support a team of foremen and equipment operators. Duties will involve physically demanding construction general labor such as excavating, trenching and shoring while working around heavy equipment. The work environment is outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions and will be performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment.

*General knowledge of construction is a plus, but not required.
*Safety is key – must be comfortable working in close proximity to heavy equipment.
*Commitment to performing quality work for our customers while putting safety first.
*Must have own transportation to get to and from work.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
*Use of hand tools for digging.
*Loading and unloading of equipment and/or materials.
*Keeping worksite clean and organized and free from unnecessary hazards.
*Other duties as assigned by foreman/supervisors.
