Claims Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a Claims Administrator to perform general administrative functions with a focus on overseeing the processing and filing of insurance claims. This position will work closely with the insurance company to ensure a timely resolution of claims as well as a timely reporting of any information that arises in the claim investigation. In addition to claims, this position will assist with Safety related record keeping as well as maintaining the log of Tennessee One Calls (811) records. Job responsibilities may also include various other duties determined by management. Must be well organized, detail oriented and exercise confidentiality.
