Reed Contracting Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman, to lead crews in North Alabama for all types of asphalt paving to include City, County, as well as State Highway Road projects.
Reed Contracting Services, Inc is a leading vertically integrated civil construction company in North Alabama established in 1987. Reed specializes in mass excavation and grading, highway construction, asphalt paving and products, underground utilities, ready mix concrete, and limestone products.
The Paving Foreman role is responsible for achieving optimum utilization of equipment, material, and labor maximizing production and minimizing costs, ensures safety of all team members, maintains project records, communicates and manages change orders, understands and conforms with project drawings, specifications, any/all special or quality requirements, and other duties.
