Project Details:
This three acre site with a 30,000 SF medical building project involved every service we provide from land clearing and demolition to curbs and sidewalks. Three buildings were demolished, 8,000 CY of fill was hauled off the site, and 3,000 CY of structural fill was hauled in for the building pad.
CareMount Medical Building
Project Details:
This 9 acre site consisted of building a new 115,000 SF warehouse for Mondelez International, better known for producing the cookie we all know and love- Oreo. The existing site was cleared and ready for stumping and grubbing, in which we pulled all stumps and ground on-site to create mulch for stabilization.
Mondelez Warehouse
Project Details:
This project consisted of building a new 30,000 SF centralized fire station for the City of Peekskill. Previous to construction, the existing site was a deteriorated parking lot. We performed all demo of existing asphalt and curbs and then began footing excavation.
