Dylan Stephens started RAWSO Constructors in 2012 when his wife told him to either stop complaining about his current job or to make a change. Growing tired of the “construction as usual” mentality, he bought a skid steer, quit his full-time construction job, and went to work on his own.
RAWSO took off and quickly grew into much more than a one-person show. Thanks to early investments in GPS, equipment, technology, and people, RAWSO began to take on more significant private development and public works projects.
While RAWSO is hungry for growth, they make family time for their entire team a priority. They’re a straightforward group of people who work hard, take responsibility for their actions, and build every project right the first time. Since they want to become much larger than they currently are, the growth opportunities are endless at RAWSO for the right kind of people.
"The best thing about RAWSO is the family-like relationships we have with one another. Our crews are more like teams instead of just employees. We help each other out, whether it’s on the job or in the office. We never leave anybody behind. My life changed for the better when I came to RAWSO. I enjoy my job, and I never dread coming to work!"- Brett Baker
